SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We AIM HIGHER to set consistent, quality customer focused service. 

 

DELIVERY

We offer FREE, FAST delivery to UK addresses and use Royal Mail to deliver. 

Should you be wanting to place an international order please email prior to ordering and we will inform you of the shipping cost. 

We aim to have your order on a same day dispatch before 1pm.

 

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, you may return any unused items for a full refund.  Please see below for further information. 

 

RETURNS

All returns must be received back by us within 14 days from the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and labels attached. 

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item please contact us at info@springssports.co.uk or use the contact us icon on the homepage/contact us page, to inform us that you are wishing to return the item and you will receive further instructions on how to return your item. 

Please ensure you have included your name and address with your order so that your refund can be processed. Without those details a refund cannot be issued.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method for your returns. We are not liable for any items lost by your chosen shipping agent. 

 

EXCEMPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used items/items showing signs of use
  • Any item not in a re-saleable condition with original packaging and labels.
